You participate in the same process every year. Why are you stressing over something you know isn't a problem. The tracking number will show very shortly. I could understand if you were new to everything but, a grown adult stressing over the known and the obvious shouldn't be happening, especially over a tech product.
You have to understand, we’re basically like toddlers—new toy comes out, we’re bouncing off the walls. Stress? Nah, unless the batteries aren’t included.
Stressing, No. But yes this is the fun part EVERY year, Is getting to see our new gadgets move through the logistics chain and hoping for that Launch Day delivery, Its fun!! BUT this is the first year ever that by the end of the weekend I have not had a tracking number for the phone. (My AWU3 has nothing either yet) so I am asking who else is in the boat as if people know if they have a tracking number or not, means they are like a lot of us and enjoy the week of movement.
Fedex usually does the IUP return boxes, New shipments come from UPS
Maybe Apple switch out from UPS to OnCrack, I mean Ontrac. 😉
It’s definitely part of the fun! I’m well aware that I’ll get my phones on 9/19, but it was a blast to track cargo flights and chat with other like-minded Apple fans. Like you, this is also my first time of not seeing a tracking number - I used to get one either on Saturday or Sunday after the preorder. This time, I’m not seeing anything pertaining to the phones in UPS MyChoice or FedEx. Something definitely changed with the process this year.
Yeah its so odd not seeing anything, even my AWU3 that I preordered last Tuesday shows nothing. Like crickets on both devices.
Thats one reason I am curious to see my tracking info, I wanna see if its India or China this year. I think I saw some with the AWU3's that got tracking info that those are already in Indiana as the starting point.
