No Trade In Price for iPhone 7

Ive just been to the UK Apple Trade in Program website (https://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/trade-up/ ) and entered all the correct details for my handset.

There is no damage to it whatsoever and yet the website keeps giving £0 and says something like it can't offer a price based on the info I've provided?

Does the website not work for iPhone 7 or something??!

maybe it's because, right now, at this moment, according to the official apple site, there is no other phone to trade your 7 in for. you're maxed out.
