No Transparency after restore..?

I always install the beta as new, but after the restore of my last backup i have lost all transparency within beta 3 on my 4S, but when i don't do the restore i have the transparency! Has this become a setting that i may have disabled?

Thoughts?

Have you checked (and perhaps tried changing) the increase contrast setting in accessibility options in the general section of settings?
