iPhone No tweaks/winterboard in settings after jailbreak

Hey Guys,

I have a iPhone 5 with iOS 8.1 installed from an ipsw

I have jailbroken my iPhone with the latest Pangu jailbreak (v1.2.1 released today 06/11/14)

The jailbreak runs fine and cydia installs but when I go to settings, there are no tweaks at all. Its just standard. Winterboard isn't even there.

I have tried reinstalling "Cydia Installer 1.1.16" but still the same issue.

I have also re-jailbroken my iPhone 3 times now

Any ideas?

Did you actually install Winterboard? What tweaks have you installed that aren't showing up?

I have and everytime I do that, the phone goes into safe mode. I can reboot it as many times as I want but it still goes into safe mode so the only way to get back into full mode is to remove winterboard.

Can you list what you do have installed?

I have tried to install Tabless, moviebox, Zeppelin, Activator and so on.

When I open settings, it looks the exact same prejailbreak

I would start at the basic level. Remove all tweaks, and only install Winterboard. If it doesn't crash, add each tweak, reboot, check Winterboard, repeat.

As I have already said, I cannot install Winterboard as it makes my iPhone constantly go into safe mode

then don't install Winterboard. Start with no tweaks, and see if it reboots without going into safe mode. If you can install other tweaks without your phone going into safe mode, the problem is winterboard.

Do you have preference loader installed and there are no settings for tweaks in the settings app?
