I did not catch all the event today just a half hour and looking on apples site it looks like nothing new for TVOS? Last year or the year before they did mention a few new TVOS features but this year none????

Why are we still not able to delete the iTunes movies and iTunes TV shows “app” if they have been moved to the Apple TV app!?

These need to go
I've been too lazy to even try and remove these apps, but it's shocking they are still there, when they don't really do much.

Given Apple allows you to customise what the Home button does (home screen, or apple TV app), would it be so hard to to allow customisation of what the default focus of the Apple TV app is (Apple content, aggregated streaming apps feed, purchased content etc)?

Seems to me that most of the TvOS26 features could have simply been delivered in a point update (new screen savers, user logon screen), or even a backend change (poster aspect ratio in Apple TV+) rather than a big new release.
