I did the preauthorization in the Apple Store app so that at midnight I could breeze through preorder. Well I got to the confirmation screen with an order number, but seven hours later I still have not received a confirmation email, and the preorder doesn’t show up under Orders in my account. When I go to Upgrade Program and check my upgrade eligibility, it says my upgrade is pending and to “check my account” for more information. Anyone else stuck in this boat?
