NO USB connections Please help!

I was trying to unlock my iPhone, so I lost my USB, then somehow it came back working again for almost 2 weeks. Now I lost it again, when it boot up my laptop it says extension can not be used?

Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance for any info
 
anyone has some solution? I've searched the forum and didn't find much
