no vibrate during calls

Not sure what problem is but when I have vibrate selection on, I do not get any vibration at all during a call. The screen shows there is a call but no vibration. Settings are correct in sounds. Vibrate on silent is sent to ON. Also when I toggle the switch, I do feel it vibrating but there is no statu bar icon letting me know it is on or off. Yes, it is Jailbroken.

I also went into SBsettings and turned all substrate options to off and still get the problem. Any one experience this?

Try a restore but most likely the motor went out (a little magnet with two leads and an off balanced cylinder) a local shop could do that for $20-$30

Definitely try to restore it first. I highly recommend doing the vibrator motor repair yourself if it needs to be replaced. It is super easy to gain access to in the iPhone 4/ 4S.
