I have a 5,1 that I was, after a lot of headache, able to install Sequoia on a NVMe connected to a McFiver. However, my wife got me a 6800xt. Since that is only able to be ran on Monterey at the highest, I needed to, sadly, abandon Sequoia and go back to Monterey on my SATA SSD. I also needed to perform the Pixlas Mod in order to get enough power to the new card as I was using a GTX680 before. The trouble I'm having now is that after I performed the mod, I am not getting any video. Even with my old GTX680. The fans spin on the 680 so it's getting power, but there is no video at all. Even if I use the mini 6 pin to standard 6 pin adapters I was using previously and plugging directly into the motherboard, I still get no video.

You share too less information.

Checked the voltages and polarity on your mod?

Does your GTX680 has an EFI bootscreen, does it appear?

What OS do you run now? If Monterey and no bootscreen, you need the Kepler drivers.

Run a native OS like Mojave to check, your GTX680 is not toasted.

Checked and everything was coming up as +12 V.

There no image at all. Like, it's not outputting anything. Before, it would have had the apple boot screen and OC boot picker.

I have a couple drives with different OSs. My Monterey drive and Mojave drive bothhave the same results with no image. It's like the graphics card won't output anything. Before I did the mod, I didn't have any issues with it at all.

It could be that you cut thought one of the wires. I would check the continuity of the wires before and after the split.
