No video capture devices found

Yep. That's the message I get now in System Info on my 2011 i5 27" iMac. Of course, this means I cannot use the built-in camera. I've found some other cases of this on other apple forums, but no resolution yet. Anybody else missing a built-in camera now?

I think I may have been a little too proud of my problem-free Mavericks installation.

Called applecare on this one, and still no resolution. We tried the usual reset/reinstall guesses, but that didn't work. The tech I spoke with "elevated" it to their supervisor, who also claimed to have never heard of this issue with the 10.9 upgrade. I directed him to other examples on apple's support community forum.

So... no other camera fails here after 10.9 upgrade?
