Apps No video plays for Netflix or DirecTV Now apps

I’m not getting any video playing on my DirecTV Now and Netflix app one day after watching shows on them on my AppleTV 4K. I get sound and I’ve tried other apps like NBC and Fox apps and they work fine. I’ve reinstalled them and rebooted my AppleTV as well.

Try a different HDMI cable.

Mine was doing that earlier, played around with he HDR and SDR settings and rebooted the device. Working fine now
