No voice text in quick reply after 8.1

Okay so after updating to a 8.1 on my iPhone 6+, I did what I always do after updating my software, I went into settings general and did reset all settings. After enabling Siri again, the little microphone button on the keyboard next to the space bar appears everywhere in my phone except for when I slide left or pulldown to do quick reply. In quick reply screen, the voice text button does not show up on the keyboard.. Can anybody help me with this?
