Got a series 1 AW today and i noticed it doesn't have a wall charger. How the hell am I supposed to charge it?

Can I use an iPad wall charger or is it not recommended?

WTF Apple.

Use your computer? Honestly I can't defend apple here. It's plain cheapness.

To be honest, Apple Did not include the brick charger to keep the price point lower for the entry model. I see their method behind why they did it. And also, to keep the price point lower, they also changed the packaging for the Series 1 from the first generation Apple Watch to a cheaper solution as well.

The argument goes both ways, some prefer it to be included where they pay extra, and others likely have multiple charging bricks available and would rather have the price point of the Sport model cheaper.

It is safe and you can use an iPad wall charger for Your Apple Watch. I also use an iPad charger for Mine and it charges it significantly faster.

I'm ok if they drop the chargers.
I use multi port small brick chargers anyway.
By the time I plug in watches, phones and iPads the power strip is filled up.

Digging through my adaptor/wall wart box the other day and I had 3 Apple chargers and 4 'other' USB chargers. 2 of the Apple chargers still have plastic around them.

Yup, I give mine away or leave them at work.
No use for them, same with the headphones
