No wallpaper on lockscreen

How come when I set my wallpaper on my IP5 it only shows up on my homepages and not my lockscreen? I selected both in the settings but the lockscreen just always shows the battery.

The wallpaper on the lock screen won't show if your phone is plugged into the power source. If you unplug your phone then look at the lock screen your wallpaper should be there.
 
DOH!!! disregard, I had in plugged in and charging from the wall.
