In order to manage videos that get synced to my ipod, iphone, etc, I have unchecked a number of video files in iTunes. With version 1.x of the Apple TV, when you changed sources you saw all of the files living inside that itunes, checked or unchecked. With version 2 seamlessly listing both local and remote files, it is unchecked files are not appearing.
Is there anyway to get all of my content to be able to be streamed, check and unchecked? Or am I going to have to find a new organization method?

Thanks

This is a long overdue bump to this post. I just discovered this problem myself after implementing a new playlist for music for my iPod. I don't synch anything to my ATV so is there ANY way to stream unchecked media?

I suppose I'll just have to abandon my playlist. :(
