no Wifi

for the last 3 days My 3gs does not connect to wifi. even if type in the wifi name manually and ask to connect I'll get "Could not scan for wireless networks"
Did no updates or changes that I know off.
I run on 5.0(9a334)
Pls help

Time zones...Be patient, have you tried the obvious? Hard re-set, turn network off then on again in settings?

Yes tried nearly everything eccept complete shutdown and reboot. Have a problem to download updates (cellular data here is very expensive) but there are no recomended updates shown.

Eliminate another possibility. Assuming it's your own wi-fi, have you rebooted the wi-fi router? I've had that issue before with my iPod Touch and my 3Gs when I had it.
