iPhone XS Max Noise in the back of the phone when the screen is on

Hi. Today i noticed when i have the screen on i can hear some noise from the back of my iphone xs max, like static noise. I just hear this in a quiet room, with the back of the phone close in my ear.

Im posting this to check if this is normal and if it happens in your iphone xs too.
