Hello friends,
Suddenly yesterday the computer (MacBook Air 2020 Intel) started making loud noises from the fans as if they were working at full power, when in practice I only use Word app, in addition my battery was drained in almost an hour. I haven't installed anything new on my computer in the last two months, I would appreciate some help.

you can try installing the Macs Fan Control app to see what the fan is doing at anytime and check your CPU temps. you can also manually control fan speed via the app. sounds like a process got stuck and was consuming high usage and in turn, the fan turned on to compensate for the CPU temp increase.

The Activity Monitor utilities app will tell you what process is causing your CPU to run hot and causing the fans to speed up.

Some process went crazy and was running full power, happens sometimes. Reboot may help, Activity Monitor may show which process is it, if it is still running. There are ways to try to address it if it does not go away on its own or by reboot, but you need to know more.
