Nokia-like profile app for iPhone?

I'm looking for an app that can provide profile functionality like the Nokia phones, where I can switch ringing profiles such as Outdoor, Indoor, Meeting...etc. Is there such an app?
Developer can't develop such an app with current Apple restrictions on what apps can and can't do.
