Nokia n95 data on iPhone 2G?

My cousin has a Nokia n95 and gets an unlimited data+text plan for that phone for $20 a month. She just bought an iPhone 2G and is wanting to switch to it but she wants to know if the data and text will work correctly on the iPhone. I personally am unsure that's why I am asking you guys.

I don't want to tell her yes and potentially have her get charged per text or per kb. Thanks for any help.

Well provided that the iPhone is unlocked to use her network and sim card she should be able to transfer over the iPhone without too much trouble.
