So I am trying to setup this Nokia 6822 with my Mac via Bluetooth.. to be able to use its GPRS connection on the Mac. My wireless provider gives me this page of instructions:
Cincinnati Bell Wireless Product Support
I followed all of the instructions, and when connecting, the phone works as expected, pulls up a 'Connecting to GPRS' (or similar wording..) and then beeps and says 'Subscribe to GPRS first'.
Now, this seems self-explainatory, but I am already subscribed to GPRS.. I can use the browser on the phone, and I can enable GPRS to be always connected, which puts a G in the top-left corner of the screen.
I am hesitant to call Cincinnati Bell, because they tend to be less-than-competent when it comes to anything technical, plus they don't like to support Macs (the troubleshooting page for this issue doesn't even mention Macs).
Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do? Hopefully it is something fairly simple.
Thanks!!
