I plan on getting my first Mac shortly and am trying to decide between the glossy screen and the matte screen. Which do you all think is better? Is the matte worth the extra cost?

Also, do Apple Stores usually have matte screen versions in stock or do they have to be ordered from the web?
 
Personal preference there is no "better" display. Also do a search. This topic has been discussed ad nauseum
