Non iCloud Videos Not Appearing After Sync

I've lamented my displeasure with the Videos App in iOS 7, but I just tried syncing a TV Show I put into iTunes onto my iPad, but now can not locate it. It is not purchased over iTunes, and from what I can tell, I can't access it through the App. Am I missing something?

Am I not explaining the situation clearly enough or am I the only one experiencing the problem? It is kind of hard to explain, so I'm wondering if that's what the issue is.
