Non-intensive CPU GBA Emulator?

I was wondering if anybody knew of a decent GBA emulator that was low on the CPU use side?

Currently, I use VBA 1.7.4 but it generally runs at 100% CPU, which kills my MBP quicker than i'd like. I've tried Boycott Advance but found it to have terrible audio.
