iPhone Non-junk mail suddenly going straight to Junk box

Mail from several senders, which previously shows up as expected in the Inbox, has now started going straight to Junk. This despite the sender being added to my contacts.

No menu options show up to label it as “not junk” and constantly moving them to inbox also does nothing to change the behavior.

This does seem like a bug unfortunately. Maybe ring Apple to see.

Might help to provide i*OS version and mail service (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, etc) as might be something specific to a one or both and someone has dealt with this.
