iOS Non Modal Message Box

Hi,

How to develop non modal message box with "Delete(0)" and "Cancel" buttons(and the same positioning of the buttons)?

When user choose some item(it doesn't matter) it still appear and ability to change "Delete(0)" caption of the button.

Any suggestion how to develop it or source code example?
