So when do you guys think you will be able to just walk into an Apple store and get one?

My current phone is a 4 that I got on pre-order on day one, but I think I'm going to wait to buy because I want to see the colors in person (leaning toward white as of now) and also because Vaja don't have any cases yet (not to mention it always takes a bit of time to make yours).

How long do you think it will be until the phones are widely available in stores?

If the last iPad release is any indication, I think there will be plenty of iPhone 5s in stock. I plan on walking in and getting mine the 21st

One could only hope, but that was definitely not the case with the iPhone 4.

From what I hear (I have never gotten an iPhone on release day), there are numerous outlets that should have the phones on release day. For example, the carriers store, walmart etc. I don't think Best Buy will have them though.


Can anyone confirm this. I feel like if I walk into Walmart there shouldn't be a long line to get one.
