non-sanctioned 3rd party apps

I was wondering if there is a list of sites, or multiple sites, that have third party apps for the iphone? I see a lot of apps, like snapture and swirlymms, but is there a site or a few sites that have all of these apps for easy download???? I just hate to do this all piecemeal. I think there should be a few sites that have these apps. Basically a competitor to the apple app store, only for jailbroken phones.
