Earlier tonight, I visited a non-secure (HTTP) website. Usuually I avoid these, but for some reason, I didn't. I didn't stay long, though (just took a quick glance at an article), and didn't download or enter any information. Worse, a little later, while going through my browser history, I inadvertently clicked on it again, but left almost immediately. As before, I didn't enter or download anything. I ran a couple of free MalwareBytes scans, and they showed nothing.

Anything to worry about, or should I be okay?

Nothing to worry about. Theoretically someone could hijack the connection and show you content that isn't actually on the site, but the chances are minuscule.
