Looks like we’re being forced into the AppleCare Theft (monthly or yearly) or AppleCare One plans going forward.

Going through the iPhone 17 Pro price configurator, I saw that the only options for AppleCare were for the Theft and AppleCare One plans. The non-theft plan that was $9.99/month is no longer available.

I went to the regular AppleCare site to pretend I was adding it to an iPhone 16 Pro and don’t see it there either.

This is unfortunate since I liked saving a few buck since I didn’t want the theft plan and don’t have other devices I wanted the coverage on.
