I have a macbook with leopard on it.

I'm not admin, because some people in school took away our admin rights for a few days ago. I managed to change it back to a few people in class, using single user mode. But when I tried it on my own mac, i couldnt get into singe user mode.

I tried several times, and i tried all the other startup key commands. None were working, except option key (to boot into windows). But i had to enter a password to get to the option were i could enter in windows.

Does anyone know what i could do to fix this problem? i wonder if they have activated the open firmware password, but i don't know how to delete it.

No, not really. It was standard prosedure when we took our summer holiday. My computer is fully paid for by me now, so i can do whatever i like, the problem is that they won't help me so im trying to figure out a way my own.
