None transparent keyboard looks bad

Lost keyboard transparency (iPad 3 Nd iPad Mini) and notification centre blur on iPad 3. Now the keyboard just block of white box with grey background, looks so bad...

If this is for speed enhancement, then at least make it to black, like spotlight search.

I haven't been able to find one positive comment from you. You're either an android fan who just likes to stir up crap on this forum, or you're just a very unhappy person.

Has it occurred to you that this is still a beta and Apple might just be playing around with the different transparencies etc? As far as I know, this is not the final version. Stop complaining. File a report with Apple.
 
Since your "tired of iOS" why even bother? Switch to WM its looks pretty good.

Well... It is ugly so far... Did I ever say Apple won't change that? No. Android fan as I have only one Android device and 3 iPads, MacBook Air, Mac Mini and Hackintosh? I love everything OS X, but iOS is too far behind.

You already started a thread for beta 5 on iPad. Why the need to create another one?

Nothing wrong with the keyboard, it responding pretty fast, but it just looks terribly bad
 
It looks fine to me, certainly not "disgusting" and not worth bothering God over.

If yes, then you're under NDA and shouldn't be posting these whiny posts.

If not, then you have no business running the beta.

I think it looks a lot like the keyboards Apple packages with their iMacs, truth be told. I assumed that is what they're going for...
 
Let's take the "it's a beta" argument to its logical conclusion and close the iOS 7 forums until it's officially released.

I like it. I have disabled the transparency in earlier betas. I don't like this transparency gimmick.

Well... When you used to that transparent keyboard, then all the sudden Apple takes it away... It does not look to good. Pure white box on grey background looks worse than black box on black background.

NDA eh... Follow your logic, then iOS 7 forum needs be closed and the front page post about beta 5 must be deleted as well
 
iPad 3 GPU is not up to snuff with all these effects. even my iPad 4 is not smooth in 7B5.

Not really... iPad 3 alone with iPad Mini works smoother than any pervious bet even with all these transparency... Now Beta 5 just make everything worse.
 
I have a feeling that 80% of the iOS team is focusing on the iPhone version, hence the huge performance difference
 
This might be a stupid question, but has someone checked to make sure the update didn't accidentally turn on the "high contrast" mode in the accessibility settings?

There is no high contrast, but there is increased contract. But they do same stuff, and it is off...
