Just bought an unlocked i phone version 1.1.1.It came with summerboard and alot of games. it already has apptap installed and updated. My question is this I have downloaded some maps to my puter that are designed for the iphone how do I install them in the maps section of the iphone. I need a step by step as I am ot that familiar yet. thx for any and all help I will read until my eyes bleed to learn this stuff.

I'm going to guess the maps you downloaded are images (jpeg or other picture format) and the "designed for iphone" means their resolution matches the phone's screen. If this is the case, simply load them into iphoto and, if you want, make an album for them to sync specifically with the phone. That way, to see the maps, you will open photos, select the album with the maps in them, and there they are! Just for reference, the actual maps button on the home screen is for google maps.
