Reboot your iPhone. LimeRain only works with 4.0.2+

You can use the new version of Redsn0w to jailbreak but it will be tethered.

Tethered meaning every time you need to reboot your iPhone or the battery dies you need to run Redsn0w to boot up your iPhone.
