Noob question on logging in to the computer

Every time I wake up my computer from sleep or when I restart my computer, it asks me to put in my password, so I can log in to my MacBook Air. I'm not sure how to turn that off.

Could you guys tell me how to disable that in system preferences? I will be the only person using the computer, I don't need that feature at all. I'm using OS 10.7.4
