Hi Sorry...Noob question here...I have a 2015 MacBook Air on MacOS 10.14.3, but system says it is up to date despite being 10.14.6 out now.

Was 10.14.6 not for the older MacBooks?

*EDIT: I did check system update and it shows none available.

Check again, may be in a day or so. It can take some time to show everywhere. If that still fails, download the whole MacOS Mojave installer from AppStore - it has by now been updated to 10.14.6 - and reinstall that over existing system. Do not delete or format anything, install over existing system and it will replace the system you have with the latest system while leaving your data and apps untouched.
Now, to be safe, make sure you have functioning backup first. Do NOT do anything without having a good backup.
