I'm wondering if there is an easy way to switch the phone to what I'd call a night mode. Basically I want all alerts from calendar, email, etc. to be off, but still hear if a call comes in. I don't want to hear from the phone for anything at night, but since I don't keep a landline anymore, I want it on in case someone calls me in the middle of the night for an emergency or whatever.

This is an iPhone 4.
