Noob RAM Upgrader - which screwdrivers?

I just ordered G.Skill 8GB RAM on NewEgg for 39$ shipped. This is the first time I am upgrading memory myself so I need some help (and reassurance!:p)

Which screwdrivers do I need? Is the upgrade really as easy as people say? Does this void AppleCare?
