Normal for their shipping, or am I super lucky???

This probably isn't grounds for a new thread, but I am oh so curious now...
My 4S is on its way with UPS right now. It has been shipped as expedited shipping. It was supposed to be standard free shipping.

Is UPS expedited shipping simply what Apple uses as their 'free shipping', and this is perfectly normal?
Or, am I just really lucky....
OR....am I going to get charged the fee for expedited shipping after the fact lol....?
