I simply typed in "macbook pro operating temperature" and this is the very first result that came up.

If you meant what internal temperatures the computer can safely operate in, then anything in between above the dew point at your current room temperature and humidity level and about 105 degrees Celsius is fine.

according to smcfancontrol mine runs between 32-36 degrees when browsing etc and ramps up from there but my ambient temps are quite low.
