What are the normal temperature ranges in Celsius of all iStat categories for the 17-inch Unibody Macbook Pro?

I currently show:

HDD: 39 celsius
CPU A: 45 celsius
Enclosure Base: 32 celsius
Enclosure Base 2: 32 celsius
Enclosure Base 3: 30 celsius
GPU: 39 celsius
GPU Heatsink: 39 celsius
Memory Controller: 37 celsius

Also, what part of the laptop are the CPU A, enclosure base, enclosure base 2, enclosure base 3, GPU, and GPU heatsink? I only know where the HDD and memory is.

Any temperatures following this chart is normal/in range:

Hard Drive/Memory <55 deg C
CPU/GPU <105 deg C

CPU A is just the CPU Diode
Enclosure Base (2)/(3) is the temperature reading on the casing of the laptop located throughout the system.
GPU is video card diode (9400M or 9600GT depending on setting)
GPU Heatsink is the heatsink temperature sensor. There is one sensor on the entire heatsink.
