I'm dissapointed in Apple :(

How many 3rd party apps have been made and they can't give us 1 new one?

I could have learned to program and made my own by now :p
(if only there were people at apple whose job it was to make apps
...I bet there is, fire the sons of nevermind, keeping it G-rated.

Then make a 3rd party app. Many have been doing it. Keep us updated on how it is going.

except there are no third party apps on the latest firmware, the main new feature for this firmware other than the iTunes store was to break all third party apps.

I wonder if down the road they'll release a developers kit to the public so people can write and install their own programs to the iphone.
If its allowed by apple then we'll see some amazing stuff done for this phone.
If we wait for apple to give us all the apps we want we'd be waiting for a while :D

Give them time to update. :D

I know many use Apptap and that has to be updated to the new firmware.

sorry but I already work 70 hours a week.

was hoping the people paid to make them would do thier jobs :p

Just easier to sit on the sidelines and criticize. While I would LOVE more apps and more features I purchased the iPhone for what it did. Everything else that comes along is just icing on the cake.

Its not like they have to be free I'm all for paying for em if their worth it. Apple will not get 1 cent from me for music but if they release some apps I'll whip out my credit card in a flash.

Not a fan of iTunes either but iTunes plus and the new Amazon store are a step in the right direction.

We can only help once Leopard launches we will see more development on apps for the iPhone as more people will be free.

Sorry to see your happy with just settling for things in life. So sad....

we just see that the iphone with its potential. apple doesnt want us to use 3rd party apps, sees that we value them enough to pay for them, its silly to not give us something to spend our money on. they could make us happy and rake in the dough, its win win.

You mean Apple, a company that revolutionized the music industry should make Bejewled, Sodoku, and NES emulators its priority instead?
