Not 100% battery new MBP w/ TB (first out of the box,charged 3 times before)

That's completely normal. My 2016 MBPs had 4 and 5 battery cycles and were at around 90% on the first boot.

They can't ship anymore with a 100% battery due to new regulations on batteries being shipped by plane. Usually battery should be 70-90%
