Hello. I bought a new Apple TV yesterday and it will not connect to the internet. I have a Samsung 5UA55JU6400W. My old Apple TV gen 2 connected to the internet and if I plug it back in it still connects to the internet. The Apple TV k4 picks up the internet but does not except the password. I have disconnected the wifi and re logged in on all my devices and it accepts the password. Unplugged Apple TV, reset and restarted. Is there something I am missing. A first guess would be that maybe the password is being entered incorrectly on the new ATV (4k?), if you are not used to the Siri Remote, it can be a little bit of a learning curve to it, although, I have used it since 2015, and I still have issues.
Try typing it in really slowly to make sure you are entering it in correctly.
