iPhone 7/Plus Not able to hear calls/ speaker icon greyed out

Has anyone encountered this issue with their iPhone 7 or 7 plus? As it states, cannot hear anyone when calls are made.

Issue started on Sunday night

I tried resetting and downloading from an earlier backup and no luck.

So I was able to get my 7 replaced free of charge. Mic on the device failed.

Customer Serv and Apple ️️️️

Not so much due to they took care of the bill but the whole experience of reaching out to them and explaining my situation was handled so smooth. I had time to call them yesterday after work and they set up a case#. Arrived at the Apple store this morning and 30 mins later I was out with a new device.

Had this happen on my original 7+ and the 7+ they gave me as a replacement for it. Hopefully 3rd times a charm
