Hey guys, I can usually figure this stuff out easily - but this one has me in a little bind and I use the feature often.

Before I used to be able to make regular phone calls from my Mac - meaning it'd have the dial tone you'd hear on your physical phone and the call was made from your phone number.

Now all I'm able to do is Facetime audio calls. I tried going into preferences and see if there was anything on "enabling calls over wi-fi" but didn't see anything there. Both devices are on the same wi-fi network.

Any help would be appreciated as this was perhaps the most useful feature in my home office

You are the man! I was signed into Facetime under one of my iCloud aliases...needs to be the email address that you registered with in the first place.
