macOS Not ablel to see my provisioning profile in Xcode

Hello this worked fine for me for months Iam able to add my account but I cant see the provisioning profile in app signer can anyone help with this??

Newer versions of XCode can do provisioning automatically. Look in the settings for your target. If Automatic provisioning is enabled you don't need to worry about it.

Thanks for the response I believe this was working for me before where it did it automatically. Now for some reason its like stuck on 10/4/16 and it wont download this one.
