This is a warning for the unsuspecting consumer. I have been a PC person since the first PC rolled out. In my work i now use multimedia applications and work with digital raw photos so a friend suggested I switch to MAC after a year of convincing I finally switched. Unfortunately I thought I was buying from a registered dealer he certainly made out that he was and even included MAC in his business name, Not being a Mac person I had nothing but trouble with my new G4 titanium superdrive powerbook and time after time I would be told it was me and to try this and that. After a year (Im a slow learner) I gave up in dispair and went to another Apple Dealer, yes the Powerbook had a faulty hard-drive amongst other things and I hadnt purchased an apple care plan cos I didnt know they existed so had to pay for a new Hdrive on a 14mth old computer, Apple werent interested in my plight because the dealer I purchased my G4 from wasnt a reseller. He is still out there calling himself a Mac dealer and getting Mac product through somewhere but not Apple and I have lost thousands of dollars so what a great intro to APPLE....NOT so BEWARE who you use to buy products. This rogue still operates in Auckland NZ so BUYER BEWARE
