Not all Lyrics show when playing music on iPhone? (Fixed-ish)

I updated album art on about 600 mp3s and added lyrics at the same time...but the lyrics only show up in about half of the songs during playback on my iPhone. The lyrics appear when you use "get info" in itunes and I can't find any consistent difference between the mp3s that will display lyrics and those that don't.
Anyone got any ideas?
(Used MediaMonkey and Lyricator on a Windows XP machine to add the lyrics)

OK so I used the program Evillyrics running alongside iTunes on my PC to re-add the lyrics that weren't showing on my iphone....the lyrics then show up after the next resync.
Its takes quite a bit longer...play a track for a few seconds and if it finds lyrics in the correct format it adds then automatically...either go through every track you have this way or just let it add lyrics whenever you play music on your PC through itunes and build them up over time.
