Not All Songs will Transfer from iTunes

I just set up a new iPhone and lots of my purchased music (very recent stuff) will not transfer over to my iPhone. I got an error msg that said all of my music didn't transfer, but there was no clue given what to do about it.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
